Meet Dr. Trevor Prater, dc
Dr. Trevor Prater was raised in Bend, Oregon playing rugby, snowboarding on Mt. Bachelor, and wakeboarding on lake Billy Chinook. He graduated from Oregon State University of the Cascades with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Training. After undergrad, Dr. Trevor worked as a Personal Trainer for 3 years before realizing he had a deeper passion for helping people and holistic healing. That’s when he decided to move to California to facilitate that passion at Chiropractic school.
Dr. Trevor graduated from Life Chiropractic College West with Academic Honors and Clinical Honors. During his time at Life West, Dr. Trevor was awarded a Scholarship as a rugby athlete, was Vice President of the Rugby Club, a member of the Sports Performance Institute, and a member of the Delta Sigma Chi professional fraternity where he served as the Treasurer and on countless committees.
After suffering from a concussion during rugby, Dr. Trevor discovered a passion for chiropractic after experiencing first-hand the power of it in relieving his symptoms and restoring communication between his brain and his body. He has training in sports injury management and is certified in the Webster Technique through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association. Dr. Trevor continues to expand his knowledge and skills by attending seminars to better help his patients!
Meet Dr. Nicole Prater, dc
Dr. Nicole Prater is a neuro-tonal chiropractor in Post Falls, Idaho, and has a love for caring for families, especially in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with clinical honors from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA, has extensive training through the ICPA and is certified in the Webster Technique. She is a PDX certified doc, and continually attends seminars to expand her knowledge to best serve her patients!
Meet Paris
Paris is often the first smile you see when you walk through our doors. As our Check-In CA and Social Media Manager, she plays a key role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient. Paris helps guide new patients through their first visits and ensures everyone feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Behind the scenes, she brings our mission to life online, sharing education, encouragement, and a glimpse into our office community. Her energy and passion help make Ignite Wellness feel like home.
Meet Holly
Holly is the backbone of our front office and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Office Manager and Check-Out CA, she oversees patient accounts, insurance, and finances with incredible attention to detail and care. Holly is passionate about making the administrative side of your experience as seamless and stress-free as possible, so you can focus fully on your healing. Her organization, efficiency, and heart for helping others make her an essential part of the Ignite Wellness family.
